Allied Maxcut® AccuThread 856™ Indexable threadmill system is the latest addition to AMEC's extensive range of threadmill solutions. These new tools have been designed for maximum performance and precision. Not only do the indexable holders have a thicker core and helical flute to ensure increased strength and rigidity when cutting forces are applied, they are made from stainless steel engineered to dampen vibration during operation.
Available in multiple flute configurations with bolt-in type and a patented pin style locking system the range ensures unsurpassed repeatability. Offering three insert lengths and a wide range of thread forms, standard cutting lengths allow for multiple applications without the need for special threadmills. The range also incorporates AMEC's proprietary AM210™ coating for long tool life and durability.
