Silica Gel Sachets
Manufactured from sodium silicate and sulphuric acid. Silica gel is a non hazardous hard porous form amphorus silica. Through its large number of microscopic pores, silica gel can adsorb up to 40% of its weight in moisture to create a protective shield of dry air. Silica gel has the highest absorption capacity of any commercially used desiccant. Like a miniature dehumidifier that needs no electricity. It prevents condensation within enclosed areas which can cause damage such as: rust, corrosion, tarnish, oxidation, mildew, fungus, mold, spotting and toning.
