Indexa-Seiki™ ER chucks are the most versatile tool holding system for any operation that utilises a round shank cutting tool in a machining centre. Used in conjunction with Indexa-Seiki™ ER collets the cutting tool is centralised in the chuck and if all the ER system components have been maintained correctly, this should result in increased tool life, higher feed rates, better work piece accuracy and enhanced work piece finish. Typical applications include drilling, milling, tapping, reaming and boring.
