IC20 (K10-K20) - Uncoated carbide grade for grey cast iron over 220HBN, malleable cast iron, silicon aluminum, copper alloys. fibre reinforced plastics (FRP) phenolic laminates, stone, wood, stainless steel and high-temp resistant alloys. Suitable for Finishing and medium finishing at medium speed, medium feed and interrupted cut conditions. High wear resistance.
J-Type Chipbreakers
First choice for soft materials, parting of tubes, small diameters and thin walled parts. Cutting edge with positive rake. General application on low carbon steel, alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel.
