Swiss+Tech™ Fine Pitch Ripper Cutters

Swiss+Tech™ shank milling cutters are manufactured from HSS-E PM using the powder metallurgy method for increased strength, coupled with a TiALN (Titanium Aluminium Nitride) surface coating to produce a hardness in the region of 2300-2700 HV. Because Swiss+Tech™ shank milling cutters are manufactured using these materials in this way, they give better performance in the nickel alloy and titanium alloy material ranges and the coating also allows the cutters to be used for stainless steels and cast iron. Swiss+Tech™ shank milling cutters are a versatile cutter that has excellent wear and heat resistance.
