Our local technical product support is given by engineers who have served the local Engineering Community very well for many years. These people are supported by Product Support in Leicester.

We also have Regional specialists who support the local technical sales people with their specialist knowledge of specific applications such as turning, milling, threading, parting, grooving, boring etc. We have the facility to receive detailed technical support from manufacturers who specialise on the aforementioned applications because we believe one manufacturer cannot be the most knowledgeable on all subjects, such as Walter on milling, Iscar on parting, Toshiba on grooving, Sherwood on threading, Hitachi on shank milling, Guhring on drilling etc.

We have our own C.N.C. and conventional machines to test and demonstrate a wide variety of tooling so that we are able to random sample tooling delivered to our Company, and to test the claims made by the manufacturers.
