Action plans for the future should be formulated and discussed quarterly, our Regional Management should be in attendance to ensure awareness of your Company's requirements.
Documented procedures for assessing cost savings are presently in operation with several of our major accounts, such as Lucas, Ford etc. We believe this should be a subject for discussion at the quarterly meetings.
Management information can be produced showing products, purchased by volume and cost, this helps us to identify areas where cost reduction programmes can be actioned.
