We believe that our performance level, service and support for your Company should be regularly assessed.

If we want the responsibility for supply, then we must remain accountable.

We do not believe that we should spend hours and hours in meetings discussing the small print and finer details, these can be sorted out when our salesmen contact your Company.

We feel that the following will adequately cover the requirements of both Companies:

Local salesman will call on a regular basis, and he will contact the relevant people in the Purchasing and Production Departments.

Action plans for the future should be formulated and discussed quarterly, our Regional Management should be in attendance to ensure awareness of your Company's requirements.

Documented procedures for assessing cost savings are presently in operation with several of our major accounts, such as Lucas, Ford etc. We believe this should be a subject for discussion at the quarterly meetings.

Management information can be produced showing products, purchased by volume and cost, this helps us to identify areas where cost reduction programmes can be actioned.
