Cromwell is aware of the concerns that you may have when using the Internet.

All credit/debit card details are processed using secure 128 bit encryption over SSL connection via RBS WorldPay. The encryption process converts the characters you have entered into bits of code which are then securely transmitted over the internet.

Credit/debit card details are not stored once your order has been processed. You will need to enter your details each time you order.

Every transaction we process is also checked for fraudulent activity, validation and authenticity of payment, address and post code details.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure area by looking for a padlock or a key at the bottom of your browser. A second check can be made by looking at the address bar, it should display an ‘s’ after the http. (E.g. https://select.rbsworldpay.com/wcc/purchase).

If you prefer not to use our secure online payment facility, you can submit your order and then click on the ‘Call Back’ button on the payment options page. We will call you back as soon as possible between 8am - 4.30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8am - 3.30pm (Friday) to obtain your card details.
