Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their online order at any time for stock line products. Orders for non-catalogue items can only be cancelled after consultation/agreement with Cromwell Internet Sales. In either case the customer is requested to contact Cromwell Internet Sales,

If customers wish to cancel their order after the goods have been despatched, the goods can be returned at the customer’s own expense.
Returns
Return of goods must be within 30 days after the date of the delivery/advice note. To enable us to issue credit for returned goods, the goods must be in their original condition & packaging in order that they are fit for resale. If the packaging is damaged in any way the credit may incur a handling charge. Returned goods must be adequately packed and sent freight prepaid to:

If it is more convenient to return goods via a Cromwell branch office this can be arranged, but prior contact must be made with Cromwell Internet Sales Tel. 0116 257 2431. Goods must still be addressed as above. Any returned goods, which are non-catalogue products or items ordered specially for the customers order, can be returned as the above instructions but could incur a handling charge.
