The all new “First Edition” Cromwell Australia Catalogue is being launched at the beginning of July 2009. With 1,088 pages and over 33,000 items, it heralds Cromwell’s biggest step forward in overseas sales for many years.
During May a Supplier Open Event was held to introduce our local partners to the Cromwell concept - over 50 individuals attended with many travelling from other cities in Australia. Enjoyed by all and fantastic local support from the Australian Supply Chain as we prepare to commence trading. Cromwell PTY Limited has been preparing for this launch since the New Year and now has a fully stocked 25,000 Sq Ft (2320 Sq Mtr) distribution centre ready for business. The company is based in Lidcombe, Sydney and already employs 15 people, 7 of which are directly sales focused. The team is lead by an the management team of Phil Hooks (ex-Leeds/Regional) Rob Hayward (ex-South Africa and Birmingham) together with Chris Hanson (ex-International). Rumour has it that plans are already in hand for additional branches over the coming years. Look out Australia - Here we come! |
