The Dave Lee Charity Fund
Cromwell Northampton once again named their 5-A-Side team “Team Dave Lee” in memory of former branch manager Dave Lee who tragically died during the 2005 tournament. They were all thinking of Dave and proud to play in his name. The total value deposits that were donated by the players was £300. This has been matched by the Sports & Social Club using some of the sponsorship raised for the day to give a total fund of £600. This will be donated to the British Heart Foundation, which is the charity chosen by Dave’s family.
Charity Raffle & Tombola
We also raised a total of £242 on behalf of Rainbows Hospice for Children & Young People which is based in Loughborough.
