Cromwell expands in Australia

We are pleased to announce that on the 16th May 2011, agreement was reached for the Cromwell Group to acquire Comag Pty Limited based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane from its shareholder – David Powells.

Comag Pty Limited is a renowned and recognised Company established in 1981, specialising in the sale of machine shop & general engineering products. The acquisition of Comag Pty Limited further confirms Cromwell‘s commitment to the Australian market with our second location being established which will significantly support our capability to deliver an enhanced service to our valued existing and new customer base in the Queensland area.
