The unique machining methods are fully compatible with original tool manufacturing and guarantee the same pocket precision and repeatability.

The latest production practices expect the highest levels of accuracy and productivity to be combined in specific tooling. All are required to perform tasks at the limits of their original design capacities. They are cutting tools from which today's Engineers demand superlative performance and therefore, when damage occurs, superior methods of reclamation are required if the benefits of quality, accuracy and reliability are to be restored.

Specials: No matter how complex we can reclaim in almost every instance. All that is required is a drawing and insert for each pocket type, including all relevant spares.

Before

All Quotations on Tooling Reclamation can only be priced on receipt of the damaged Toolholders/Milling body.

These must be supplied complete with all the relevant spares to ensure competitive pricing and prompt repair.

We will make as new, supplying the spares, screws, shims etc., wherever required at an additional cost.
