Cromwell Vacancies - Buyer - Fasteners and Fixings

Working within our buying department you will be responsible for the purchasing of fixing and fastening products including screws, bolts and washers.

A background in purchasing is essential and previous experience in the fastening business is desirable.  A general understanding of stocking profiles and fastener stock management would also be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office, as will be expected to maintain excel spreadsheets and be able to adapt to general purchasing systems.  You will be required to liaise with people at all levels both within the business and across the global market, so excellent communication skills are essential.
