With a proven sales record within the filed of industrial consumables, you must have the ability to identify and develop key areas of business to ensure the continual sales growth of the branch. As an integral part of the local management team you will have the ability to set budgets and achieve targets.

You will be responsible for managing, training and monitoring the External Sales Team to ensure future success.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic individual who is able to motivate and develop staff whilst encouraging team ethic.

You must display excellent communication skills and be computer literate as you will be expected to liaise with both customers and colleagues at all levels.
