MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

To assist the Management staff plus Credit Control and Sales Ledger clerks with general administrative duties.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

 

Scanning and verifying remittance advises.
 
Printing and posting/faxing copy invoices and credit notes.
 
Updating daily the department whiteboard which consists of performance figures.
 
Coding up remittance advises.
 
Transferring statements, invoices and credit notes from the print machine onto the shared server.
 
Opening and distributing post.

 

Designing, printing of prompt cards, competitions etc.
 
Processing credit card transactions and entering them onto the business system.
 
Changing e-mail address of customers on the system.

 

Dealing with e-mail rejections.
 
Assisting in month end with the bacs.
 
General administrative duties.
