The Position:

Prepare tender responses using Excel, Word etc

Source products, pricing and availability
-
Sales order entry via the Business System (Charisma)
-
Place purchase orders and negotiate with suppliers
-
Communicate with customers via phone and email taking orders and enquiries
Key Skills:
-
A good working knowledge of Excel
-
Self motivated and be able to work as a team player
-
Able to communicate on all levels
-
Good product knowledge across all ranges
-
A working knowledge of Charisma would be advantageous
