INTERNAL SALES / CONTRACT SUPPORT PERSON

Processing and proactively generating sales, you will often be the first point of call in a role which is vital in meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Previous experience within an internal or an external sales role is desirable, preferably within the industrial consumables industry.

Main duties will include:

• Processing enquiries & orders, primarily received over the telephone but also through written and e-mail correspondence.
• Generating sales and pro-actively seeking new business.
• Administration of local contracts and consignment agreements.

Key Skills:

• You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Engineering or a Technical background would also be advantageous for the successful candidate.
