Customers can cancel their online orders up to 10 minutes before they are allocated by contacting the team at customercare@cromwell.co.uk or by calling 0800 022 4455.
Non-catalogue items can only be cancelled after a consultation and agreement with the Internet Sales Team.
Customers can return orders within 30 days of the date of delivery to be issued a refund. The items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, we may issue a handling charge.
