Made of several very wavily arranged strips of non-woven abrasive material, wound around a core. The wavy structure of the non-woven abrasive material permits seamless brush matting of surfaces. The tool is designed for working on medium-sized surfaces with speed-adjustable angle grinders and fillet weld grinders, and can be mounted directly onto the drive system's spindle without the need for additional clamping devices.

Materials that can be worked:
Aluminium, cobalt-based alloys, other non-ferrous metals, high-temperature-resistant materials, nickel-based alloys (e. g. Inconell and Hasteloy), bronze, hard non-ferrous metal, titanium, titanium alloys, copper, soft non-ferrous metal, brass, zinc, stainless steel (INOX), thermoplastics, hardened, heat-treated steels over 1,200 N/mm2 (> 38 HRC), steel materials with a hardness > 54 HRC, steel, cast steel, steels up to 1,200 N/mm²

Roughening, deburring, surface work, cleaning and fine grinding in multiple steps
