R002, Jobber Drill, 8.5mm, Carbide , TiN-Tipped

The R002 is a Solid Carbide Jobber Drill, incorporating CTW Technology. It is capable of drilling to a depth of 5 times diameter in one pass, has a flute length and TiN tip coating, offering increased productivity and tool life.

TiN coating for 25% of flute length.
Capable of producing holes up to 5 x diameter depth.
The R002 offers higher productivity when compared to standard geometry drills.
Integrated web-thinning, with no compromise on overall strength of the drill.
Reduced cutting forces required to drive the tool through the work piece throughout the life of the tool, reducing wear and tear on machine tools.
