Delivery disruption in the West Midlands, 28 July to 8 August

During the Commonwealth Games, 29 July to 8 August, deliveries to specific areas may be delayed.
Areas likely to be affected:
- Black Country
- Birmingham City Centre
- Cannock Chase
- Coventry
- Perry Barr
- Sandwell
- Solihull
- South Birmingham
- Sutton Coldfield
- Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa.

Delivery and shipping information

For trade account customers, delivery is free on all orders placed on cromwell.co.uk or cromwell–industrial.co.uk regardless of value – as well as all planned vend purchases.

We guarantee same day despatch for all stocked products ordered as follows:

Online Orders
Order before 5pm, Monday to Thursday and before 3:30pm, Friday.

Telephone and Email Orders
Order before 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and before 3:30pm, Friday.

During Bank Holidays please allow 1 additional day for despatch times – although our Customer Service Team will still be available should you need anything.

Shipping your order

Over 85% of parcels are delivered by our Cromwell Customer Envoys in our own branded fleet , who will deliver if you’re located within 15 miles of our branches.

All other deliveries are despatched via a contracted carrier in our network of nationwide partners, who will require a signature as proof of delivery. If nobody is available, a calling card will be left advising if a further attempt will be made or giving details of the carrier’s local depot in order for you make alternative arrangements.
