The new HeliPlus. All milling cutters are coated with a hard nickel coating called HARD TOUCH that protects the cutter body from wear and tear increasing tool body life. For high precision and super finish milling, HELIPLUS is another advanced design from the world-famous ISCAR HELIMILL family, featuring high 90 shoulder accuracy with no mismatch, leaving a clean mirror-like side wall.

HP ANKT 0702.. Insert
The Heliplus 07 insert is another extension of the HELI2000 family, the full designation is HP ANKT 0702. This insert features a shorter cutting edge of 7mm. The high tooth density enables machining at a very high table feed, resulting in high productivity. This is supported by a very strong insert and pocket design enabling the cutter to be maximised to its full potential.

The insert is very strong and durable and available in the very latest sub micron carbide grades specifically designed for arduous milling applications.
The tool and insert tolerances are very tight, minimising machined surface mismatch and provide very accurate shoulder and 90 slot wall angle.
Very high surface finishes can be achieved.
Weldon shanks without coolant holes and cylindrical shank with coolant holes to assist in swarf removal when pocketing.
The tools can ramp down within the catalogue specification.
Available are regular and fine pitch tools with a higher tooth density than those available with ISCAR current tool families enabling much higher productivity to be achieved.
