Designed for use with water and air, these TU Series Polyurethane tubing coils are highly versatile and robust. Available in a range of sizes, colours and specifications, the tubing can operate between -20°C and +60°C with a maximum operating pressure 8.7 psi.

Copely

Seamless in construction with a smooth high gloss inner and outer surface. It is light, approximately one ninth the weight of copper and flexible, facilitating ease of installation. It is ideally suited for applications such as fuel lines, oil lines, petrol tank breather sheaths, pneumatic controls, bleed lines and brake controls. Eurolon industrial nylon tubing conforms to SMMT standard NM7B, 1968 and C2C in dimensions specified in addition to SAEJ844 3A (unreinforced) and 3B (reinforced) types, (3B available by special order). Metric dimensions conform to BS5409 with respect to all technical details. Eurolon type 11 nylon in semi- rigid grade meets the requirements of government regulations with regard to materials and articles in contact with food under UK Statutory instrument 1978 No.1927. Available for higher temperature applications, with heat resisting additives in both semi-rigid and flexible grades, subject to minimum manufacturing quantities.

Codeflex polyurethane is well suited to applications demanding maximum kink resistance, minimum kink memory. It is suitable for fitting into confined spaces where conventional tubes lacking the above factors would increase fitting time in addition to flow restriction.
Applications: Pneumatic control systems. Fuel and lubrication lines. Chemical transfer tubing.
Special features: Exceptional abrasion resistance. Resistance to a wide range of chemicals. High flexibility. Silicone-free.
Working pressures: Nominal working pressure calculated at 23°C with a 4.1 safety factor.
Temperatures: -50°C/55°C (short term use at 85°C).
Special note: Fittings. The CPU series has been designed and developed to meet the exacting standards of the push fit type of coupling. Supplied as 30m coils.

Unique combination of rubber and PVC to produce Rubber PVC alloy (TPE). This innovative step has resulted in the introduction of Codeflex supreme GP1 air hose. This hose feels and looks like rubber without the associated negative aspects. Codeflex Suprene GP1 is fully flexible and is available from 5mm through to 25mm. The smaller diameters are black with yellow stripe and 13mm and above are in opaque yellow outer sheath. Improved fire retardancy. Tested to BS 2782 Part 1, method 141A on sample cut to 6mm wide. GP1 range has a CO1 rating of 25% O2. Conforms to ISO 5774: 1980.
Special features:
Abrasion resistance excellent. Outstanding resistance to ageing. Manufactured from cadmium-free materials. Resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Good flexibility. Reduced plasticiser migration.
Good kink resistance. Improved resistance to oil/fuels. Outstanding UV/ozone resistance. Silicone-free.
Working temperature -30°C to 60°C.
*Hose assembly supplied with double lock quick release safety clamps, 15m length.
