Precision Ground Flat Stock O1 Tool Steel, 8mm x 500mm

Measuring 500mm in length and 8mm in thickness, this metric range of precision ground flat stock is manufactured from general purpose 1.2510/O1 cold work steel. Supplied in an annealed state and suitable for oil hardening, it offers good durability as well as giving excellent wear resistance and holding a good cutting edge on your tool. Ideally used to forge tools with working temperatures up to 200 °C, this steel can be hardened up to 64 HRc. Each product has both ends saw cut and all four sides are ground flat.
