Chemical Protective Clothing

Made with taped seams for increased protection against fine particles and liquid chemical sprays . Tested to EN 14126 for biological protection against infective agents. Features including knitted cuffs and a two-way zip with a resealable storm-flap. 
Available in white with red seams (CE Type 4/5/6).

The 4565 coveralls are comprised of a unique blend of fabrics, designed to not only reduce the weight of the coverall but also enhance comfort and improve the chemical permeation performance. The coveralls are made with taped seams for increased protection against fine particles and liquid chemical sprays (CE Type 4/5/6) and they have been tested to EN 14126 for biological protection against infective agents. They also come with a 3-piece hood, knitted cuffs and a two-way zip with resealable storm-flap.

DuPont™ Tychem® 4000 S, made from DuPont™ Tyvek® laminated with a chemical-resistant film, presents wearers with an optimum barrier against a range of chemical environments and hazards while also being supple and lightweight.

White hooded coveralls. Tychem® 4000 garments are made from a lightweight, supple and durable fabric (<700g per garment) consisting of a chemical barrier film laminated to a heavy duty Tyvek® substrate. They achieve a barrier to permeation by a broad range of inorganic and organic chemicals. Ideal for chemical handling, environmental clean-up operations and emergency response. Also suitable for a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemical engineering, and for use by hazardous material response teams and other emergency services.

Tyvek

Tychem® ‘F’ provides an even greater barrier against aggressive chemicals, toxic substances, gases and most organic chemicals. Manufactured to meet the seam-tightness requirements and whole-suit tests defined by the new European standards for Chemical Protective Clothing of Types 3 and 4. The combination of the film and the polymer provide a particle-tight material with good resistance to penetration and permeation by many liquids and gases. Flexible and lightweight yet strong. Stitched and taped seams. 100% protection against hazardous dust and powders. Anti-statically treated.

Offer excellent chemical permeation protection to an extensive range of chemicals, helping to protect personnel against numerous toxic industrial organic chemicals, highly concentrated inorganic chemicals (even under pressure), particulates, biohazards and certain chemical warfare agents. Available in orange for high visibility, or grey for discretionary needs.
