Simply attach the Skipper suction pad to the chosen surface, then slide on the suction pad support bracket. The Skipper recycle bins or safety dispensers can be attached and then slide effortlessly into the support bracket. The bracket is not required for lighter items such as the hand sanitiser bracket.
