Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the date of delivery and we’ll happily issue a full refund. The items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, we may issue a handling charge.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can amend or cancel most of your online, phone or email orders up to 10 minutes after the order is placed by calling 0800 022 4455.

Non-catalogue items* can only be cancelled after a consultation and agreement with our Internet Sales Team, who can be contacted on 0800 022 4455.
