If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the date of delivery and we’ll happily issue a full refund. The items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, we may issue a handling charge.

Non-catalogue items* can only be cancelled after a consultation and agreement with our Internet Sales Team, who can be contacted on 0800 022 4455.

*Non-catalogue and specially ordered items can be returned but may incur a handling charge.
