How to make a return.

Should you wish to make a return for any reason we are happy to help. Please action your request within 14 days of the delivery receipt.

What do I need to do:

  • Ensure the items are unused with their original packaging.
  • Email us at contactus@cromwell.co.uk putting RETURNS REQUEST into the subject header or calling us on 0800 338 877.
  • We will want to know why the product needs to be returned for example ordered in error, wrong part delivered together with your order number, name, and delivery address. It will be helpful to know if you would like a refund or replacement.
  • If the product arrived damaged photos of the packaging and the product will be useful

Emails will be answered within 24 hours.

Once we have all the above information

One of our service team will review and within 48 hours provide you via email with a returns number and instructions on next steps (or contact you for further information should a return not be authorised).

Credit will be issued as soon as the returned goods are processed.

Other helpful information

Clothing and footwear: Should sizing be incorrect then we will refund the product and you can place a new order for the correct size.

Spare parts: as we do not hold spare parts, we would refund the product that is damaged or missing a component for you and replace the whole product.

Where there is a manufacturer query, we will work with you on a satisfactory response from the original manufacturer as appropriate.
