Absorbent Capacity

A good way to determine what absorbent capacity you need for your spill control equipment is to look at your largest liquid container or holding tank and determine the largest spill which could occur from it.

For example, if you have a 600 litre container you would need a 600 litre spill kit, or a total amount of absorbents that were capable of retaining that amount of liquid.
