Initiate the cure of modified acrylic adhesives. Fixture time and cure speed depend on adhesive, bonded substrate and surface cleanliness.  

Size: 150ml and 500ml.

Designed to efficiently promote the curing speed of LOCTITE anaerobic adhesives and sealants without any significant loss of joint strength. It is especially recommended for applications with passive metals or inert surfaces and with large bond gaps. LOCTITE SF 7649 is particularly recommended when the application temperature is below 15 °C.

770 Polyolefin Primers

770 Polyolefin Primer - 10g

The 3M™ Adhesion Promoter 4298UV is a highly versatile liquid primer specifically designed to enhance the adhesion of 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tapes to Low Surface Energy (LSE) substrates commonly found in both exterior and interior automotive trim and parts. This fast-drying adhesion promoter is effective on a wide range of LSE plastics, including TPO, PP, and TPU, as well as ABS, EPDM, and other materials. Notably, it facilitates improved bonding performance with its compatibility across various substrates. The inclusion of a fluorescent dye ensures quick and easy verification of coverage, making the application process efficient and reliable for automotive applications where strong, lasting adhesion is crucial.

LOCTITE® SF 7455™ increases the curing speed of LOCTITE® cyanoacrylate adhesives. Suitable for both pre or post-application to the bond, this product ensures rapid fixing and is ideal where a fast fixture is required between close-fitting components.

7455 Activator Aerosol Spray - 150ml

This black, moisture-curing liquid primer is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces in direct glazing work prior to application of polyurethane direct glazing adhesives.

7386 Activator - 500ml

Loctite 7457 is used where increased cure speed of Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives is required.
It can be applied to the bond before or after assembly. When used pre-applied, its presence can be detected by fluorescence.

• Formulated to provide good on-part life.
• Especially suited for post-application on cyanoacrylate adhesives to ensure rapid curing.

• Securing wires or coils to PCBs, tamper-proofing adjustable components, mounting stand-offs, edge guides and board stiffeners.


7457 Tak Pak Activator Aerosol - 150ml

Cures any excess adhesive preventing accidental bonding to fingers or other components. Reduces bloom.

Loctite 7452 Tak Pak Activator x 500ml LOCTITE 7452 is used where increased cure speed of Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives is required. It can be either pre- or post-applied to the bond.

• Securing wires or coils to PCBs, tamper-proofing adjustable components, mounting stand-offs, edge guides and board stiffeners
