A self-reversing holder for CNC machines. There is less wear and tear on machine spindles due to machine reversal not being required. This unit is design for applications where high volume of threads are needed. It has constant speed tapping. In CNC programming the bore cycle is used (G85) instead of the tapping cycle (G84).
Note: there are two sizes of stop arm available for the RDT50. Check the machine centre distance to order the most suitable.
