Precision ground flat stock supplied as 1.2510/O1 cold work tool steel, in a wide range of metric sizes. Suitable for oil hardening, these gauge plates are supplied in an annealed condition. They boast good durability, possess excellent wear resistance and hold a good cutting edge even over time. Each piece can be used to manufacture tools that usually face temperatures of up to 200°C, as they have high dimensional stability. This steel can be hardened up to 64HRc. An excellent general purpose grade material, each product comes with both ends saw cut and all four sides ground flat and measures 500mm in length and 15mm in thickness, with their widths varying.
