Hiker boots constructed from a breathable lining, phylon inner sole and an oil and slip resistant outsole. The boots feature 200 Joules steel toecap impact protection, which guards against falling objects and collisions, and a steel midsole to prevent sharp object penetration. The boots are ideally suited to building sites and where metal swarf is present on floors and anti-static properties mean they resist the build-up and conductance of static electricity, making them of most benefit when walking on synthetic carpets or near electrical machinery. They also feature dual density polyurethane/rubber soles for extra comfort, nitrile rubber outsoles, resistant to heat to 300° and a low density polyurethane interlayer, for increased comfort and shock absorption.
