Rotabroach cutters suit a wide range of applications throughout many industries including construction, engineering, mining, petro-chemical, gas, oil, ship building and railways. Rotabroach cutters are supplied with the industry standard 1/4” pilot bore and can be used in most magnetic drills. 700N/mm2 material hardness.
Standard Cutter Series
Depth of cut: 25mm.
Bore: 6mm.

Cutting edge geometry increases cutting performance and reduces cutting forces producing a solid Slug of material which is ejected when the cutter breaks through and the hole is complete. Cutters are faster, easier and are more accurate than the conventional twist drills or drill bits.

For use with all multi-tooth milling cutters with 6mm bore. Pilots locate into pre-drilled pilot holes ensuring positional accuracy of the cutter. Suitable for ‘blind’ or ‘through’ pilot holes, pin will retract into cutter adaptor on ‘bottoming’.
Short Series = 12mm cutter. 
Long Series = 13 - 52mm cutters.

The Unibor® HSS annular cutters feature unique Unibor tooth geometry for optimum tool life and cutting speed. They are able to cut ferrous metals up to 30mm deep, and are available in a range of diameters. Made from hard wearing HSS M2 material increasing the lifespan and providing the ability to cut into various materials. Ideal for use with standard 3/4" Weldon shank magnetic drill arbors.

Mini Cutters produce holes by removing a ‘disc’ of metal and have precision ground teeth and flutes to rapidly remove waste material, so they are fast, smooth and highly accurate. Designed to give higher performance and longer cutting life on stainless steel and other difficult materials. Annular cutting action with no ‘dead centre’ area as with a twist drill. It means that less pressure is required to make the hole, so there is less risk of deforming sheet metal. The highly efficient cutting action ensures minimal burring on breakthrough, reducing or completely eliminating the need for additional finishing work. Last up to 300 times longer than hole saws made from M2 High Speed Steel.
